Shipping Policy
Processing & Handling
Most orders ship within 2–4 business days if placed before 3 PM CET.
Bikes may take up to 7–10 business days to ship.
Orders with additional accessories may need 1–2 extra days for installation.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Freight Shipping for Bikes
All bikes are shipped via Freight LTL (large-item freight).
Delivery appointment required—please provide a valid phone number and email.
Liftgate service is included at no extra charge; inside delivery is the customer’s responsibility.
If your address is undeliverable, we’ll contact you for an alternative.
Shipping Details for France & Europe
We ship across France, the European Union, and internationally to select countries.
Delivery estimates:
Within France: 2–4 business days
Europe (EU countries): 3–7 business days
International: 6–21 business days (location-dependent)
Lithium batteries ship only to France, EU countries, and select international destinations due to hazmat regulations.
PO Boxes cannot be used unless a concierge service can sign for packages.
Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers including DHL, UPS, FedEx, and local couriers.
All high-value shipments require a signature upon delivery.
For freight shipments, address changes are not possible once in transit.
International Shipping
Air & ocean freight are available for EU countries, Canada, Australia, and Asia.
1–3 units: 6–8 days delivery
4+ units (bulk/wholesale): 14–20 days delivery
Customs fees are handled for dealers, resellers, and bulk buyers to ensure smooth delivery.
Warranty Policy
Coverage
2-year limited warranty on all products (parts & materials) under normal use.
1-year prorated battery warranty—repair or replacement at no cost during the first year.
Warranty period remains from the original purchase date (no cash reimbursements).
Exclusions
Warranty does not cover:
Normal wear items (bearings, seals, chains, brake parts, suspension valving)
Damage from accidents, crashes, or neglect
Misuse (modifications, non-genuine parts, racing, improper charging/storage)
Cosmetic issues such as minor paint chips or scratches (discounts may be offered instead)
